2. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and embeds no third-party content. Fonts are loaded from our own server.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS. Data is stored on servers in the EU and deleted after a short period.

4. Booking requests by email

The enquiry form runs only in your browser: it stores and sends nothing, it prepares an email that you send yourself. When you write to us, we process your details (name, email address, phone number if given, travel dates, number of guests, message) to answer your request and handle the booking. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. If you book, we pass the details needed for your arrival and key handover to our local concierge service. We delete the data once it is no longer needed, at the latest when statutory retention periods expire.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise them, write to the email address above. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live.

6. Encryption

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
